1. Eligibility & Membership
- The ConcepClub Loyalty Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who create a registered account on ConcepStore.ph.
- Membership is free and limited to one (1) account per person.
- By enrolling, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Earning of Points
- Members earn points through qualifying actions, including but not limited to:
- Account creation, birthday submission
- Social media engagement
- Website engagement
- Product purchases and promotional activities
- Points awarded are based on the mechanics outlined in the Program at the time of activity.
- Points may take time to reflect and are subject to verification and approval.
- ConcepStore reserves the right to adjust or revoke points if activities are deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid.
3. Transactional Points (Purchases)
- Points are earned based on net spend (after discounts, vouchers, and returns).
- Points are only awarded for completed and paid transactions.
- Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will result in corresponding point deductions.
4. Tier Structure & Benefits
- Membership tiers (e.g., ConcepCore, ConcepPrime, ConcepElite) are based on accumulated points.
- Tier benefits, multipliers, and privileges are subject to change at ConcepStore’s discretion.
- Tier qualification and movement may be periodically reviewed and adjusted.
5. Redemption of Points
- Points may be redeemed for rewards, vouchers, or products available in the rewards catalog.
- Redemption is subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed or credited back to the account.
6. Non-Transferability
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared, pooled, or transferred to another user or account.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other monetary forms.
7. No Expiration Policy
- Points do not expire as long as the Program remains active.
- However, ConcepStore reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program (see Section 10).
8. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
- Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or manipulation of point-earning mechanisms will result
in:
- Forfeiture of points
- Possible account suspension or termination
- ConcepStore’s decision on such matters shall be final.
9. Account Responsibility
- Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- Any activity under the account is deemed the responsibility of the account holder.
10. Program Changes & Termination
- ConcepStore reserves the right to:
- Modify earning mechanics, rewards, tiers, or benefits at any time
- Suspend or terminate the Program with prior notice
- In the event of termination, ConcepStore may provide a redemption period, after which unused points may be forfeited.
11. Liability Limitation
- ConcepStore shall not be liable for:
- System downtime or delays in point crediting
- Loss of points due to technical issues beyond reasonable control
12. Acceptance of Terms
- Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms & Conditions.
